Gracia Burdeos, SPB’s Product Director, attended the quarterly meeting of BASF Española in Barcelona. These meetings, known as CO3, gather all BASF workers in Spain from its different manufacturing plants: Barcelona, Guadalajara and Tarragona. Over 450 people followed this event. The head of marketing in Home Care & RD of BASF Española, María de Moragas, also spoke at the meeting.
SPB has been invited for its strong innovative character and its commitment to sustainability which lead it to be aligned with the chemical multinational. Gracia Burdeos commented on SPB’s understanding of customer-oriented innovation which meets three major needs:
- Efficiency: consumers want to receive what they’ve paid for and what works for them.
- Convenience: Practicality. Products which are easy and have fast results to save time and effort
- Sustainability: Products and raw materials that respect the environment by using natural formulas, biodegradable ingredients, containers that use less plastic, products that require less water consumption, etc.
SPB’s product director quoted that for the company "innovation and sustainability are the key elements that differentiates us and helps us grow, and we have the equipment and means to do so".
